Return Process

  Carefully place the crown or hairpiece in its original luxury branding box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
